Joining the Chamber connects you with a network of more than 650+ businesses and organizations. Businesses of all sizes, entrepreneurs, home-based businesses, independent professionals, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and young professionals are all welcome to join the Chamber. Whether you're an established organization, a start-up, or an individual looking to expand your network, there is a membership option for you.
Simply complete the online membership application. You may choose to pay securely online by credit card when submitting your application, or our team will contact you to arrange payment by credit card, e-transfer, cheque, cash, or in person. All membership applications are subject to approval by the Chamber's Board of Directors. Once approved, you'll receive your welcome information and can begin enjoying your member benefits.

Home-based businesses receive the same benefits and opportunities as any other Chamber member.

No. Businesses and organizations located throughout the North Bay & District region and beyond are welcome to become members. Many members do business in the region even if their head office is located elsewhere.

You must have a business number to join!
Yes. If your business information, contact details, employees, or directory listing changes, simply contact the Chamber office and we'll be happy to update your membership profile.
If you signed up as an independent and now have a business name, this can be updated too. Just reach out to us when you're set up!
Networking & Events
The Chamber hosts a variety of networking events throughout the year, including monthly Business After Hours events, FiftyTwoCoffees, mini-trade shows, educational sessions, and special events such as the Annual Golf Tournament and Evening of Excellence Business Awards.
Many Chamber events are open to both members and non-members. However, some events are exclusive to members or offered at a discounted member rate. Event listings will clearly indicate whether an event is open to the public, members only, or offered at a special member rate.
Yes. Non-members are welcome to attend one Business After Hours event as a guest to experience the Chamber network. Continued attendance at Business After Hours events requires Chamber membership, as this event series is a member benefit.
