Our chamber bylaws and governance structure

Bylaws
The North Bay & District Chamber of Commerce is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of local business and community leaders who provide strategic direction and oversight for the organization. The Board is responsible for establishing policies, setting priorities, ensuring financial accountability, and advancing the Chamber's mission of supporting and advocating for the business community.
Day-to-day operations are managed by the Chamber's staff team, led by the Chief Executive Officer, who implements the strategic direction established by the Board. Together, the Board and staff work to ensure the Chamber remains a strong, sustainable, and effective voice for business across the North Bay and surrounding region.
Our bylaws outline the rules and procedures that govern our chamber operations.
