Concerns from Employers who had postings, yet no applicants; and then applicants stating their are no jobs in the region, had the President of the Chamber concerned that there was a disconnect. There are many local agencies that post employment opportunities for job seekers and assist job seekers in finding the right matches. For some reason, there are still some that aren’t finding those qualified applicants or job seekers finding the right fit for a career.
